Featured in the Summer 2013 issue of Art Quilting Studio magazine, Vista is an art quilt covered in hand stitching. The quilt combines multiple fabrics and fibers from wool to synthetics.
The colors range from darkest violet to purple, lavender and magenta with various shades salmon, peach and rose pink in this abstract landscape. The touches of silver add a subtle shimmer and contrast. Taking many, many hours to complete it was a labor of hand stitching love.
