Meadow Art Quilt features hand beading on silk.
Inspired by grass fields and cheery blossoms, the quilt was created on a base of needle felted silk. It's a bold fiber art piece, slightly abstract with exaggerated colors and shapes. The hand beading adds color and interest with the round bead shapes in contrast to the linear stitch lines.
This art quilt is the seventh piece in the Silk Threads series, each are fiber art pieces created from strips of silk remnants.
