Colorful atomic fabric was the jumping off point for a fun zipper bag.
Sewing a patchwork pouch takes a few steps. First, the fabrics in coordinating solid colors were pieced together with the atomic fabric in an unplanned intuitive style. Then the zipper was inserted and the patchwork block pieces were quilted with straight lines. Lining fabric was cut to size and finally the pouch pieces were sewn together. It's a fun quick project and a great way to test drive a print fabric.
